Job Summary

Reports to: Marketing Manager

Purpose: An experienced (hands-on) digital marketing and communications professional with demonstrated capabilities in planning, designing and executing digital marketing campaigns. In addition, build specific programs, utilizing innovative, go-to-market tools and approaches, to bring the full capabilities of the firm to bear with maximum reach and impact to the market. As a Digital Marketing executive, you will enable sales and contribute to the growth and development of our organization in a variety of ways. Ultimately, you should be able to increase our market share and ensure brand consistency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
  • Oversee a social media strategy
  • Manage and maintain the organisation s website(s)
  • Write and optimise content for the website and social networking accounts such as LinkedIn Facebook and Twitter
  • Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
  • Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion
  • Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s)
  • Fix any errors or bugs in online content
  • Edit and post videos, podcasts and audio content to online sites
  • Arrange webinars and webcasts
  • Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management
  • Write copy for email marketing campaigns
  • Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing
  • Work on printed material to supplement online products
  • Attend product launches and networking events
  • In conjunction with the Sales & Marketing Head, develops, maintains, and drives prioritization of all marketing activities
  • In consultation with Sales & Marketing Head, executes the marketplace strategic plan; manages project plan
  • A technical aptitude with the ability to discuss and quickly grasp use cases and create promotional material and collaterals for product/services offerings across a range of markets
  • Brings innovative thinking and marketing practices to all marketing activities
  • Implement marketing initiatives such as: field marketing, trade shows, collateral development, website copy writing, landing page creation, etc.
  • Conceptualize Marketing content / collaterals
  • Implement Branding initiatives and implement market awareness strategies to establish a (premium) brand
  • Along with Marketing Services, develops metrics and KPIs to assess campaign success at the campaign, activity and channel levels to inform future campaign tactics
  • Engages directly and visibly in the market, both independently and alongside the Sales & Marketing Head and other business leaders
  • Focus on generating new leads for high-value solutions and services (Process improvement programs, R&D, experiments, etc.) in Pharma, Consumer Products, Food & Fragrance, Speciality Chemicals, etc. through account-based marketing programs

The role demands strong understanding of the Digital Marketing and tools required into Outsourced Engineering Services & Solutions Business. Create and execute various marketing campaigns, which will lead to sales success. Hands-on ability to create marketing content (positioning, collaterals, presentations, etc.).

Key Competencies:

  • Ability to understand the solutions and conceive marketing materials
  • Understanding of market research and data analysis methods
  • Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital channels
  • Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities Experience / Exposure to Plant & Process, Consumer goods, Pharma, Food & Beverage will be preferred
  • Good understanding of the entire sales cycle in Program-level selling, Outsourcing / Off-shoring business model, etc.
  • Proven ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Highly organized!! Highly responsive!!
  • Strong MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Graphics tools (desirable) skills required
  • Pro-active and self-motivated
  • Consistent attention to detail and accuracy

Accountabilities and Performance Measures

  • Marketing campaigns that leads to sales success / brand promotions / market penetration
  • Successful promotion of new / existing offerings to win new customers
  • Achieves growth targets in the assigned geography or account base with account-based marketing

Education/Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, IT or equivalent + Masters in Business Administration (must)
  • 2+ years / 3 to 5 years of related experience in marketing, with a focus on marketing and communications strategy and planning
