We are looking for a candidate who can help and drive Business Operations at the backend. This individual will need to collaborate effectively with customers and internal cross-functional teams to solve problems.
The individual must have the ability to communicate effectively across multiple technical and non-technical business functions, as well as across other geographies with customers
Role & Responsibilities: -
Central point of contact for all daily operational requirements from inquiry , pre-orders needs and all post order activities - Order execution
Handling customer onboarding as per the defined process
Handling customer deactivations as per defined process
Interface between Sales and other cross-functional teams to represent sales needs.
Own the customer issue resolution process and go a step further to resolve the issue by working with various departments including strong follow-up on the issues to closure.
Assist department with the change
Fulfilling Training needs from the international team
Create and maintain a variety of documents - Like onboarding documents, training materials, product marketing materials.
Analyze the activation,deactivation and customer issue metrics data , which are then submitted to the managers to develop business plans
Identifying ways to improve customer experience
Come up with new ideas and suggestions to improve the process if required
Desirable Competencies:-
Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures.
To serve as a liaison between Sales and Internal functions.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively with others
High self-initiative with the ability to work well under pressure
Good social and presentation skills
Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
Proficient in technology especially in G suites
Project management & strong Leadership skills
Familiar in handling CRM tools, software tools like Zoho, Jira etc are preferred
Decision Making
SOP implementation
Flexibility in work hours as per the requirements of the customer
Technical Skills:-
Solid Microsoft Office application skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Proficient in technology especially in G suites
Familiar in handling CRM tools, software tools like Zoho, JIRA etc are preferred

Qualification:
Bachelor s or MBA degree in Business or related field required
