Role: Associate Product Manager As an APM, you will work closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to assist in the development, management, and improvement of our products or services. Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout) - Work From Office Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and potential areas of product improvement. Gather and analyze customer feedback, incorporating it into product development decisions. Assist in defining and documenting product requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure product development stays on track and meets quality standards. Support product launches and go-to-market activities, including developing marketing collateral, conducting product demos, and providing training to internal stakeholders. Monitor product performance and key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to enhance the product's success. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management. Assist in creating product roadmaps and maintaining product backlogs, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs. Support the Product Managers in various ad hoc tasks and projects as needed. Skills & Qualifications Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and present large amounts of information. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Passion for technology and understanding of software development processes. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Previous experience in product management, software development, or a related field. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
