• Recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirement
• Scheduling the interviews as per the Job requirement

• Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
