We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. Talent Acquisition Executive responsibilities include sourcing candidates online and updating job ads. If you have experience with various job interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews, and can help us recruit faster and more effectively, wed like to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Primarily sourcing the candidates through various sources, College Placement Drives and
    Boot Camps
  • Submitting the candidates for suitable positions and following up.
  • Updating and maintaining the database, generate daily reports and update them.
  • Collecting documents and mentaining Employee Files
  • Emailing the colleges and candidates about the interview process, job openings, follow
    up mails, boot camps.

Technical Requirements

  • Knowledge of Job Portal searches on the links of Naukri India, Indeed, Internshala, Hirist
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Knowledge about differentsourcing techniques

Professional Attributes

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound judgement

Education

  • MBA in Human Resources
