Key Responsibilities: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize growth initiatives. Track and analyze key metrics to uncover areas for improvement and validate the success of implemented strategies. Proactively investigate existing integrations to understand how to maximize utility and conversion rates. Drive strategies to increase market share with existing partners and products. Test and optimize every screen to ensure a smooth and user-friendly experience, leading to higher conversion rates. Utilize data-driven decision-making to improve user acquisition, retention, and revenue generation. Own and improve internal dashboards to have the correct picture for the organization at all times. Key Performance Indicator (KPI): The primary KPI for this role will be an increase in the conversion rate of partners. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably within the tech or crypto industry. Have 3-5 years of relevant work experience in product led growth activities. Demonstrated success in utilizing product management to drive growth and increase conversion rates. Proficient in tracking and interpreting product metrics. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent project management skills with the ability to balance multiple concurrent projects. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team. Knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry would be a plus.
