Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve Growth and Sales Targets:

 Lead the sales team to achieve growth and exceed sales targets.

2. Strategic Business Planning:

 Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company's customer base

and ensure a strong market presence.

3. Recruitment and Team Management:

 Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales

representatives.

4. Overall Sales Management:

 Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate all activities related to salesin varioussectors.

5. Motivation and Leadership:

 Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve their best potential.

6. Sales Planning and Goal Setting:

 Create comprehensive sales plans, identify sales goals, and set objectives for

enterprise growth.

7. Networking and Lead Generation:

 Ensure the establishment of sales opportunities through networking, building

relationships, and conducting outdoor activities.

8. Corporate Database Management:

 Build and manage a corporate database, taking responsibility for lead generation anddeal

closure with necessary documentation.

9. Business Volume Acceleration:

 Identify potential opportunities to accelerate business volume and develop and

implement strategies to achieve sales goals.
