Job Summary

To handle walk-ins and telephonic inquiries at Branch.
Promotional activities for awareness of TOPS courses and ensuring successful completion of Enquiry to Admission.
Scheduling the batches for various courses offered by TOPS.
To coordinate with students and handling queries and ensuring Client satisfaction.
To manage timely Branchs Cash and cheque deposits.
Branch Co-ordination & Motivating Branch Staff for quarterly/ yearly targets Achievement.
To manage all branch related reports and operations.
Ensuring maintaining & tracking inquiry/business related reports.
