Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Good experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business
- Working with UX teams, business teams and technology teams to explain/walk through business requirements and developing prototypes/use cases
- Translating requirements into deliverables such as functional specifications, user cases, user stories, workflow diagrams, data flow diagrams
- Elicit requirements using business analysis, document analysis, task and workflow analysis and business process descriptions
- Preparing SRS/BRD/FRD
- Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements
- Responsible for understanding product requirement, identifying gaps and innovating processes to fill the gaps
- Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
- Communicate key insights and findings to product team
- Clear understanding of Software Development life cycle and process oriented
Skills Required:
- Agile software development methodologies and Scrum best practices in IT
- Proficient in various office software products (MS Office, G Suite etc.)
- Strong analytical and product management skills
- Should have excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Strong Technical Understanding skills
- Strong Project Management and Client Management skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good team player
- Multi-tasking
- Must have proficiency with SQL, Microsoft Excel
