Job Description

Work closely with clients/customers to understand the business needs, project requirements and create detailed business requirements.

Gather functional and technical requirement from Clients through Video Calls or Emails. Draft comprehensive proposals with detailed SOW (Scope of Work), flow diagrams, and wire frames.

Work directly with Sales, Business Development Team and Project Management team to understand RFPs/RFQs.

Coordinate with Project team to get effort estimation for the proposals and present same to the Business Development Team.

Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.

Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects. Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports

A history of leading and supporting successful projects.

Must have excellent communication skills and team management skills.

What we expect from you

A bachelor s degree in business or related field or an MBA.

A minimum of 6 years experience in business analysis or a related field.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

Experience creating detailed reports like Weekly project status, Project summary, Project Change requests and Product presentations.

Must be hand-ons with Project managements and documentation tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello and Teams. Basic knowledge of Sharepoint will be huge plus
