Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and deliver comprehensive business reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), sales trends, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and align reporting outputs with business objectives.
  • Oversee and ensure the integrity of data collection, storage, and reporting processes to maintain accuracy and consistency.
  • Lead a team of reporting analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, development, and innovation.
  • Automate and streamline reporting processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual workload.
  • Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights and present findings to senior management.
  • Manage databases, ensuring optimal performance, data security, and scalability for future needs.
  • Identify gaps in reporting processes and recommend improvements to enhance decision-making.

Desired Profile

  • MBA from a reputed institution with a focus on analytics, finance, or operations.
  • 1-3 years in business reporting, analytics, or a related field (fresh MBA graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply).
  • Strong knowledge of database management tools (e.g., SQL, MS Access) and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deliverables, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven people management skills including managing and mentoring a team to deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to diverse stakeholders.
  • High level of accuracy in data handling and reporting.

Qualification :
MBA from a reputed institution with a focus on analytics, finance, or operations.
