Job Summary Position Overview:We are seeking a Content Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), professors, and other stakeholders to develop, refine, and manage educational content. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our learning materials are comprehensive, accurate, and engaging.
Key Responsibilities:1. Collaborate with external experts and Internal stakeholders:- Work closely with Subject Matter Experts, Industry experts and internal stakeholders as directed by the Content Manager to gather content elements for various courses and modules.2. Research and raw content creation/ review:Conduct research and create raw content for further processing for various topics/ subtopicsReview the provided content elements to ensure completeness and accuracy. Identify and address any gaps in the content.3. Tracker Maintenance:- Maintain detailed trackers for all content elements, ensuring timely updates and easy accessibility.4. Content Processing and Sub-element Creation:- Send content elements for further processing and coordinate the creation of sub-elements such as images, diagrams, and multimedia components.5. Add-on Content Creation:- Develop supplementary content elements, including question banks, assignments, project descriptions, and mind maps, to enhance the learning experience.6. Library Maintenance:- Assist the manager in maintaining a comprehensive library of modular content, ensuring all materials are organized and up-to-date.# Qualifications:- Education:- Bachelor s degree in Business Management or a related field. A Master s degree in management (MBA) is preferred.- Experience:- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in content development, coordination, or a related field, preferably in an educational or ed-tech environment.- Skills:- Strong organizational and project management skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in using content management systems and educational technology tools.- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.# Additional Requirements:- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.- Familiarity with educational trends and best practices in e-learning.- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
