Job Description:

Head of consumer growth is responsible for our customer acquisition and retention strategies across our app, web and community platforms. You will work closely with the Chief Branding Officer and the local marketing and product teams to achieve the acquisition, retention and revenue plan. We are looking for someone who has hands-on experience, sees the bigger picture but also has great attention to detail. You should have proven success across media channels with a solid understanding of performance marketing, CRM systems, mobile app optimisation and analytics.

You have to be highly analytical with a great attention to detail and have a track record of understanding marketing metrics and leading strategy. You will be comfortable diving into the numbers and constantly optimising our approach to deliver brilliant results.

Your responsibilities will be but not limited to:

User Acquisition & Retention:

  • Own the development and execution of theAsianparents growth marketing plans for Web and App
  • Oversee all performance and non-performance marketing media planning and buying activities.
  • Develop the optimal marketing mix and measurement metrics in collaboration with the content analytics and BI team
  • Work closely with Regional Head for the app content and community team to drive user engagement and retention
  • Join forces with the Product and Communication teams to implement holistic growth strategies.
  • Develop best in class user journey s and engagement mechanisms to drive web user to app / community
  • Spearhead the development of omni-channel customer communication and outreach strategies to ensure high levels of engagement
  • Grow users through user segmentation, product cross-sell, and product offerings integration
  • Unlock new user growth through content partnerships and media vendors
  • Always be on a lookout to improve our internal automation stack, be it for marketing or any other team
  • Collaborate with creative to bring to life innovative and targeted advertising campaigns
  • Establish robust experimentation and go to market frameworks for new features and products

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track and communicate marketing performance on a Weekly & Monthly basis
  • Provide regular analysis into the effectiveness of Regional Marketing activities and relevant data
  • Manage the regional marketing budget to meet our Cost Per Acquisition & Retention plan
  • Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities, and work with the Local marketing team to put in place a test and learn agenda

People Management

  • Identify and manage the optimal allocation of resources
  • Set, work towards and track challenging and relevant OKRs for the CRM Coordinator to contribute towards the broader AU objectives
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders, especially country managers, local teams, product & analytics and ensure excellent lines of communication around the plan and results

Miscellaneous

  • Liaise with other departments to stay updated on new marketing initiatives, product and service developments, and to ensure brand consistency
  • Attend networking events or relevant industry workshops to Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists
  • Organise and participate in both online and onsite webinars, events, Ask The Expert etc to build community, increase engagement and boost brand and app awareness
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level or have an equivalent Professional Marketing qualification, as well as a overall 10+ years experience with minimum of 3+ years experience in leading growth
  • Experience leading a high performing team
  • Confident working alongside senior stakeholders
  • Experience building marketing plans
  • Experience leading and executing CRM strategies
  • Analytical - excited by and proficient at numerical marketing, a love for data
  • Strong writing, communication and presentation skills
  • Self-disciplined, organised and great attention to detail
  • Positive attitude, able to work under pressure and within a moving framework

Admin/HR

  • Report to Chief Branding Officer, Singapore on progress via weekly PPFGs, weekly tracker sheet updates and analysis
