Senior Master Data Architect Job in Thyssenkrupp India Pvt. Ltd.

Your responsibilities The Sr. Master Data Architect takes care of all processes related to the generation, storage, maintenance, preparation, enrichment and transfer of data. As member of the Master Data Governance team, S/He will be involved in setting up governance organizations and rules to establish data ownership and clear data responsibilities. If required, S/He puts IT-controlled tools into operation, which make it easier for employees to handle the data. Participates in the development of strategies to optimize global data management. Promotes the development of the master data organization in the business units and documents master data processes, including rollout and training concepts, for the worldwide introduction of master data governance in terms of availability, correctness, consistency and completeness of data. Develops and designs solutions that align to data governance and data management principles. Develops the concept for the design, harmonization and integration of business processes in the area of master data management and data quality management. Is partner of Business Process Excellence teams to ensure data and processes are properly aligned and efficient. Creates the principles, models, designs and systems that strengthen the network effect of sharing such data across the enterprise. Plans data architecture and design by studying the solution concept, strategy, and target audience and by envisioning architectural scheme, data structure and features, functionality, and user-interface design. Implements a discipline and approach to managing data assets and converting the principles of the architecture into a technology solution. Drafts reports and prepares presentations for senior leadership. These reports and presentation must be clear, concise, unambiguous, engaging and convincing, which will demand exceptional communication skills. Coordinates new development activities and ensures they are consistent and well-integrated with the established ecosystem data architecture. Consults projects and participates in projects in context of master data. Professional leadership of projects. Participates in the planning, design and implementation including testing and training of complex transformation projects in the various project phases. Steers (professional leadership) of external suppliers / consultancies. Participates in planning / execution of build up a MDG team in Essen. Your profile Must have Relevant 6 - 8 years of Experience. Experience with two or more of the following SAP Master Data Objects such as: Material Master, Business Partner, Finance Master Data. Integration of Business Partner Master Data with MDG. Technical experience in a (major) 2 SAP Implementation project is a big plus. Experience with Integration of SAP Master Data with ECC modules such as: SD, MM, FICO, PP & QM. Experience with Microsoft software: MS Excel, MS Access and Sharepoint. Hands-on experience with S/4HANA & SAP MDG. Strong communication skills to facilitate meetings and workshops to collect data, functional and technical requirements, document processes, data flows and gap analysis. Worked with Agile Team and experience in Sprint Planning in JIRA. Knowledge and experience of SAP Best Practices for Master Data Management & Master Data Governance, Fiori and SAP Screen Personas. Experience in working on Parallel Projects and Multi Rollout of SAP Master Data & Governance Project.
