Your responsibilities Summary :- Data Center Operations skills deep understanding and experience of every aspect of data center operations ; including hardware and software; methods to organize and deliver services from cloud data centers of major service providers like Microsoft, AWS, and others. In-depth knowledge of server virtualization with VMware as well as Windows/Linux distributions. In-depth experience with the common cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) Management of Cloud Data Centers for MX segment. Planning, provision, operation and further development of central IT systems in the data center, the Cloud and the decentralized locations 2nd level Support in the Windows/Linux server environment (check, implement, process and record of incoming faults via ticket system, typically ServiceNow) Develop guidelines for the design of cooperation and demarcation between 1st and 2nd level support Analyze, define and visualize requirements in coordination with the requesters (from group companies). Participation in global IT Infrastructure service delivery team of the organization. Creation and updating of the necessary documentation. Experience in international projects is an advantage. Communication skills, social competence and assertiveness & Very good analytical skills Advanced knowledge information security operations in cloud architectures. Exposure to Agile methodology and culture; IT Service Management (ITIL V4).
