Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for providing NX and SOLID EDGE support & Training. Work across multi-functional internal teams to ensure timely Technical Support. Provide Customer Training on Siemens CAD software as well as add-on s. Assist Siemens CAD software users with everyday issues and CAD tasks. Provide Best modeling techniques/practices to various different customers from different domains. Conduct CAD Training on customer domain, troubleshooting, maintain IR reporting. Perform Siemens software installation and Licensing. Ensure adequate documentation to describe CAD best practices and data management procedures. Prepare and deliver in-house trainings, seminars; provide technical guidance to users.
