Job Description
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create regional sales plan andimplement in alignment with business objectives.
- Achieve the Sales & collection targets for the region.
- Analyse regional market trends anddiscover new opportunities for growth.
- Support the sales team & channelpartners in the region grow their sales.
- Report on the regional sales results.
- Prepare and review annual business planfor the area of responsibility
- Develop and grow business relationshipwith Key customers, Consultants etc.
- Address potential problems and suggestprompt solutions.
- Identify hiring needs, select and trainnew sales engineers.
- Effectively coordinate with allinternal & external customers for all business needs.
- Suggest new services/products andinnovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
- Participate in decisions for expansionor acquisition.
- Ready to travel.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
EssentialQualification :B. E ( Civil), B. Tech.( Civil) or M Sc. (Chemistry)
DesirableQualification/Skills : MBA ( Sales & Marketing)
Experience :Construction Chemicals
Products to be handled : Flooring, Coating, Water Proofing andAdmixtures
