Job Summary

1) Excellent Communication and Project Management Skills2) Prepare, Review and Finalize Quotations, Proposals, SLAs and CSAs. Coordinate with operations and support functions (such as HR, Technology, etc) to ensure that their views are incorporated into the proposal3) Manage a team of team leaders who in turn manage multiple implementations4) Propose and implement transformation of the clients existing accounting and technology landscape5) Ensure right expectations are set with the client, communicate if any commitment is going to be missed well in advance6) Ensure regular update and reporting to the client on the status of implementation7) Process improvement applicability evaluation, preparation of road map, Process Design, implementation plan and client sign off on successful implementation8) All commitments made by the Sales team are being met within defined turnaround time9) Define and implement sustainable team structure with adequate back-up resources10) Work with General Manager F&A to see implantation through to completion and beyond.

Minimum Requirements

11) Implement the plan as per the requirements of the client and constantly develop the systems forcontinuous improvement.12) Transition new deals for F&A services, process mapping etc.13) To ensure a smooth and successful transition of all F&A projects14) Ensure that all processes are documented, reviewed and signed off15) Managing 25-30 team members in Implementation Team16) Utilization of all resources within team to the optimum level17) Managing client facing activities, primarily during client visits to the KPO centre18) The Manager will be responsible for the design, implementation and ongoing updation of processes relating to Pre-Sales, Visits and Transition activities etc.19) Automation and efficiency tools development20) Provide coaching and guidance to staff on accounting and client issues.21) Establish clear escalation procedures with high rate of internal resolution and manage them.22) Achieve Service Level Agreement (SLA) through strong operational delivery productivity and accuracy.23) Ensure efficient and effective handover of client to the F & A Operations Team.

B.Com, C.A.
