Job Position : Technical Manager

Experience : 8+ years

EDUCATION : Bachelor's Degree in technology, IT

Expertise / Skills :

Node Js (MEAN or MERN stack) good hands on experience

Cloud service knowledge (AWS OR GCP or AZURE) Preferable AWS

System Design

System Implementation

Software development

Project Management

Team management

Key responsibilities:

Software architectures for web/ desktop/ mobile / Cloud/IoT solutions

3+ years experience in technical leadership or hands-on experience on Web or Cloud based applications

3+ years of People & project management experience

Web development using MEAN or MERN stack and DevOps hands on experience

Experience in managing large, complex technology initiatives of strategic importance to the organization involving cross-functional teams.

Experience owning, supervising and delivering concurrent software releases using iterative/agile techniques, ensuring on-time delivery and good quality.

Establish and implement development processes and strategies for all technical personnel

Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects

Assign and oversee the sprint of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones

Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects

Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives

Able to justify project development estimation define by team

Development work experience would be an added advantage
