*2+ years of full lifecycle Recruiting experience with a focus on one or more of the following areas: Tibco, Salesforce, Java, .NET, Pega, Informatica, Oracle, SAP etc*2+ years of experience with US Staffing/Bench Sales, must be able to skillfully interact with candidates and position them to appropriate projects.
Minimum Requirements
* Responsible for handling IT requirements for US based clients *Ability to generate a high volume/high quality pipeline of candidates under tight timelines*Proven track record of delivering hiring results and ability to communicate and qualify their metrics*Highly organized in planning and time management with the ability to multi-task*Excellent written and verbal communication skills*Strong technical skills (MS Office, Internet research)*Willing to work US eastern time zone
