1.Recruitment all In Unit roles within the region2.Manpower forecasting weekly/monthly/quarterly - with inputs from Unit Managers and other stake holders followed by deployment execution3.Drive world class Induction program for the new joiners and on boarding formalities 4.Employee file management5.Manage In Unit appraisal & salary revision 6.Consolidate attendance for branch office, Units and provide inputs for payroll & manage post payroll queries7.Coordinate the hiring for attrition with the recruiter8.Manage the mobilization tracker with operations9.Responsible for Employee live database 10.Site visits as per calendar to have good understanding of all employee issues at unit level11.Employee engagements and R&R activities at unit level12.Provide inputs for HRMIS & attrition report
Minimum Requirements
1.Should have hands-on experience in hiring "blue-collared" resources2.Candidate should be able to get resources through SDA3.HR/Labour Compliance management4.Excellent Communication skills
