Job Summary

1. Responsible for achieving sales targets.2. Acquisition of quality clients through networking, data base, market intelligence and references from existing clients through team. 3. Responsible for new client acquisition, building new relationships and increasing depth in existing relationships with clients. 4. Strategize, plan, monitor and evaluate sales results, productivity levels and cross selling of wealth products driving the same through team at the branches.5. Recruit, induct, handhold, facilitate and motivate team members. 6. Retention of performing team members.7. Ensure team performance as per expectations set by the organization. 8. Conducting regular Product and Knowledge trainings for sales team. Responsibilities:-1. Candidate will be handling Gandhinagar, Mehsana locations (North Gujarat Territory), Baroda Location & Saurashtra Location (Rajkot)2. Candidate must have minimum 5 to 8 year experience in team handling. Should have experience in acquisition of Demat / trading account or CASA.3. Candidate will be having a team of SM/TL and RE under him.4. Candidate should have experience of cross selling of Wealth Products.

Minimum Requirements

Preferred Candidate:-1. Candidate should have good communication& presentation skills.2. Candidate should have good existing client relationships in the market.3. Candidate should be a self-starter, proactive & target oriented.4. Candidate should possess strong networking & relationship building skills.
