Job Summary

JOB BRIEF

We are looking for a generalist with great management and leadership capabilities. One who can operate as a right hand to the Director, but with little interaction with the rest of the staff .

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Building valuable partnerships
  • Managing Operations Staff and People Management
  • Business Development, Expansion and Growth Strategy
  • Fundraising (investment, sponsorship, etc.)
  • Filling in for any gaps in staffing needs
  • Facilities Management
  • Policy/Procedure Development (often with help from Community Manager)
  • Manage office staff and act as a medium between staff and the client
  • Manage all the daily operations, invoicing and training the staff
  • Act as the leader for the operations and housekeeping staff
  • Be a medium of exchange between client requirements and the directors
  • Superb communication skills and fluent English and Hindi speaking skills

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Bachelor's Degree required in any field
  • Leadership qualities, multitasking and networking skills are a must
  • People s person with all kinds of problem solving abilities
  • Marketing knowledge and skills will be a plus
  • Experience of 1-year is good, but freshers with a keen knowledge to get a leadership positions will be welcomed
  • Candidates with high Co-curricular activities and leadership activities involvement will be welcomed
