Manage the end to end process of developing effecting communication, posting on social media and engaging with the community members.
Moderating, listening and engaging regularly with community members and during community meetings/events.
Lead daily community management across all digital channels, including external and internal platforms.
Proactively monitor, engage, and respond to key social media online conversations to help build an authentic community.
Provide exceptional problem-solving abilities and troubleshoot complaints to ensure that customers feel understood and supported.
Build trust and grow a community of advocates by participating in discussions and responding to community questions and concerns.
Turn negative sentiment into positive sentiment by addressing myths and misinformation and providing facts and updated product information.
Working with core program members to cultivate a vision and project plan for community growth and ongoing engagement.
Creating & managing content strategy including posts, online events, games, competitions, and educational content to foster camaraderie.
Encouraging improvement of talent s performance by becoming an active resource for the program.
Aggregating community feedback and collaborate cross-functionally to share feedback with appropriate team members for continuous program improvement
Creating process for on and off-boarding community members.
Reporting on community activity, help to define & achieve company engagement goals for active team participation
Building and formatting emails, internal communication, presentations and additional tasks such as minor video/photo editing
Experience in launching community initiatives (e.g., building an online forum, leading an ambassador program, creating an event series, and writing an email newsletter)
Skills:
The candidate should have experience in relationship maintenance and Coordination. Proven community management experience with strong ownership and emotional intelligence.
Excellent Interpersonal Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Data Reporting: Have intermediate knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel
Core Knowledge: Good understanding of social media channels
Time management and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Inspirational and motivational leadership qualities
Mandate Skills:
2+ years of strong experience, including relationship maintenance, outreach, CSR, and volunteer management. Creative and strategic thinking skills.
Degree in HR, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or relevant field preferred.
