Job Summary

Office Administration: Office management including organization facilities, workflow, forms, supplies, equipment, and procedures relating to filing, record keeping, correspondence, mail, procurement, stock keeping, and other similar activities. Plan, direct, and coordinate programs and administrative activities of a complex, interrelated and interdependent nature Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities Ensure implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for administration Secretarial: Receive incoming calls and emails; take messages, respond appropriately and route correspondence to the appropriate executive of staff member Handle requests, feedback and queries quickly and professionally Maintain a daily electronic journal, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders as needed Ensure smooth end-to-end travel management Ensure timely expense reimbursement processing for all the executive stakeholders Miscellaneous: Be a single point of contact for all internal as well as external stakeholders (including investors, prospective start-ups, etc.). This includes meeting coordination, conference bookings, calendar management, and sharing of updates on daily, weekly and monthly updates. Ensure all the digital equipment and systems in the office are well maintained and upgraded at all times. Assist with all HR operations as needed. Skills required: Excellent communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Technically savvy (Well versed with the latest technology) In-depth understanding of office management procedures Self-independent
