Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Talent acquisition - Sourcing and recruiting employees with appropriate skill set.
  • Contract workforce management.
  • Identifying training needs, training initiatives, training effectiveness evaluation and organizing need based training.
  • PMS - Ensure goal setting at unit level to all the eligible staff members and ratings by the concerned supervisors.
  • Implementation and sustenance of employee welfare and employee engagement activities.
  • Represent management for the legal litigation / conciliation related to HR.
  • Ensure compliance of all statutory requirement of the units. Maintenance of all statutory records.
  • Experience handling in IATF / Vendor audit / statutory audits.
  • Compensation and benefits administration.
  • General administration - Transportation, security, canteen etc.
  • Health & safety - conducting health camps, safety audits. Ensuring a safe environment for employees. Implementation of safety practices.

Implementation and sustenance of standard work culture like 5S, Kaizen, TPM at plant level to enhance productivity and quality.


Desired Candidate Profile


Candidate must have manufacturing sector experience.

Candidate must relocate to Doddaballapur.

Experience Required :

7 to 10 Years
