Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities- Provide training and implement ERP in every department of the hotel
- Provide telephone/email support
- Patiently listen, understand and try and resolve queries of customers
- Make sure the customer is satisfied and happy so as to minimize churn
- Help our Engineering team in improving the product
- Be Adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s Degree (in any field)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in English and Hindi both
- 2-3 years experience (in a similar profile)
- Hospitality industry experience is mandatory
