Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Provide training and implement ERP in every department of the hotel
  • Provide telephone/email support
  • Patiently listen, understand and try and resolve queries of customers
  • Make sure the customer is satisfied and happy so as to minimize churn
  • Help our Engineering team in improving the product
  • Be Adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s Degree (in any field)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in English and Hindi both
  • 2-3 years experience (in a similar profile)
  • Hospitality industry experience is mandatory
