Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to lead front-end development efforts for high-quality mobile solutions. The ideal candidate will create innovative technical solutions, write clean and efficient code, and ensure seamless delivery of software aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

  • Own the output of multiple disciplines within Application Development.
  • Develop and execute software engineering strategies in alignment with business and product objectives.
  • Define and uphold application development policies, standards, and procedures.

Project Delivery

  • Lead software projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
  • Develop solutions using Test-Driven Development (TDD) or event-driven methodologies.
  • Ensure project plans and designs align with IT strategy.

Architecture and Development

  • Define design principles and processes for scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior technical leads to implement robust architectures.

Operational Efficiency

  • Implement DevSecOps practices to optimize workflows, tools, and processes for enhanced productivity.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in software development for commercial software products with a strong technical foundation.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, source code management, design patterns, and best practices.
    • Proficient in Enterprise .NET technologies (.NET 5+), including web-based and desktop applications, application servers, relational/non-relational databases, and RESTful microservices.
  • Architecture Knowledge: Familiarity with architectural decisions, particularly microservices, and their code-level impact.
  • Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Global Acumen: Experience working across geographies with awareness of tax rules, regulatory interfaces, multi-currency, and multi-language requirements (preferred).

Desirable Skills

  • Certifications: Microsoft .NET Core Certification.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Jira for project management.
  • Technologies: Experience with container-based services (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and service-bus solutions.

Qualification :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience Required :

Minimum 4 Years
