Job Summary
Role Overview: Senior Software Engineer This position focuses on backend development using Java and involves solving complex algorithmic problems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Backend Development: Build and maintain scalable backend solutions using Java. 2. Write and optimize SQL queries for effective database operations. 4. Multi-Process Environment: Operate and troubleshoot in multi-threaded/multi-process environments (advantage). 5. Problem-Solving: Exhibit a proactive, can-do approach to solving technical challenges. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 5 years in Java backend development. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Java and MongoDB (advantage). Experience in writing and optimizing SQL queries. Familiarity with multi-process and multi-threaded environments. Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. High self-motivation and a fast-learning mindset. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in distributed systems or microservices architecture. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS.
