This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in software development, particularly with expertise in JavaScript, NodeJS, NoSQL, and cloud technologies such as GCP. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work on developing and maintaining software components, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to the development of cutting-edge software products. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain software product components using various programming languages such as GoLang, ReactJS, and NodeJS. Develop solutions on cloud platforms, particularly GCP. Mentor and coach junior team members, helping them grow in their technical skills and career. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy solutions that meet business requirements. Troubleshoot and optimize application performance, ensuring high-quality code and performance. Contribute to the development of ETL processes and reporting systems. Follow best practices for software development, ensuring scalability and maintainability. Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and continuous improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications: Primary Skills: Expertise in GoLang, ReactJS, NodeJS, and SQL. Secondary Skills: Familiarity with NoSQL, JavaScript, ETL processes, and reporting tools is a plus. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in an Agile environment, collaborating with team members and stakeholders. Proficient in cloud technologies, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Proven experience in software engineering with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. Educational Qualification & Experience: A degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. Minimum of 2.5 to 5 years of experience in software development, preferably in product development companies or similar environments. Desired Attributes: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Passion for mentoring and guiding junior engineers. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
