Job Role And Responsibilities

  • Ensure that any and all content reflects the core values & vision of the company.

  • Develop a strong understanding of the company s services & solutions, the target market and competition.

  • Perform market research and find ideas to enrich and improve the content of the company s website & other platforms.

  • Write effective & relevant content in alignment with the content strategy.

  • Come up with creative & constructive ideas and present them convincingly.

  • Consistent brainstorming and collaborating with different teams for new ideas and strategies.

  • Contribute to the creation of various content materials including but not limited to: Blogs, Website Pages, Product Pages & Descriptions, User Guides, Case Studies, Email templates, Social Media posts etc.

  • Demonstrate proactiveness and promptness in the working pattern.

  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

  • Finish assignments within reasonable deadlines without compromising on the quality.

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

  • Strong Research & Analytical skills.

  • High Fluency in the English language.

  • Ability to write clear, concise & compelling content.

  • Ability to adapt writing style to fit varying content tasks.

Experience

  • A minimum 1-year experience.

  • Candidate Should Have Good Communication & Writing experiences.

  • You have proven experience delivering value-based communications.

  • Experience of writing content for either of the following segments: ERP, eCommerce, Supply Chain, Wholesale & Retail Trading & Distribution.

  • Understanding of how text interacts with other elements on a web page to shape the user experience.

  • Experience and Knowledge in SEO, Google Analytics & producing comprehensive reports that shows the tangible impact of content writing activities.
