THE ROLE

If you have a deepunderstanding of Planning of sales strategies, the positioning in contrast to the competitorsand the demonstration of the business, then youd be a fit for our Presales team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Managing end to end services delivery for RFPs, RFQs and different types of sales requests.
  • Extensive interaction with international and local teams to identify the best possible solution for prospects
  • Proactively scoping functional solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.
  • Integrating the solution for opportunities that span different business domains within banking, enterprise concerns, industry standards, established patterns, and best practices.
  • Create a conceptual vision of the solution in the form of a conceptual architecture diagram
  • Coordinates closely with Business Solutions Group, sales, and service resources to align solution design with customers business requirements
  • Createvisualization in the form of a complete and precise formal model, expressed in industry-standard notation. Providing guidance for others to do so
  • Standardize and add value to both functional and technical responses to cater to client needs and espousing value and emphasizing the value proposition
  • Provide E2E solution and design details and communicate that solution as well as its importance and value to stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Demonstrated deployments of enterprise or consumer-facing mobile software systems using industry standard environments including iOS, Android, MADP
  • Deliver Proof Of Concepts (POC), Product presentations and demonstration.
  • Provides coaching and professional development to team member sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills
  • Understanding various non-functional aspects in omni channel application design and provide a solution to optimize performance, scalability etc.
  • Deliver overall project, methodology, implementation, and architecture recommendations based on project requirements and industry best practices

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • At least 8- 10 years of presales experience required with enterprise-wide solution including bid-management, stakeholder management and services pre-sales.
  • A broad view of overall digital technology landscape and soundly grounded in both Sales and delivery principles. Good knowledge of omni-channel solutions, SDLC, and various delivery methodologies.
  • Experience in in Digital and core banking .
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight timelines.
  • Experience in iOS, Android and Mobile Web Platforms and MADP is a plus.
  • Successful track record in presales and Solution architect role in a software environment.
  • Ability to discuss and demonstrate business benefits and value to a customer of a technical solution.
  • Ability to translate technical and business requirements into cost-efficient solutions.
  • Affinity to both sales and technology.
  • A team player with the ability to adopt a leadership role where necessary.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Contribute toward excellence in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment.
