Job Summary
- Total of 10+ yearshard core Tele-sales experience in Out bound calls.
- Preferably from Real Estate industry
- Should have handled larger teams of minimum 20 40 people
- Should have worked onsales target/result oriented environment
- Should be aggressive and know telephone etiquettes
- Should have very good convincing skills
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Place of work: Site as assigned
- To achieve the target of the Presales Team on daily/weekly basis (Generate Leads, Convert leads to Customer site visits)
- Develop and drive Presales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the Presales team
- Developing, Enhancing, implementing of comprehensive PreSales strategies.
- To explain our projects in details to the customers
- To answer customer queries promptly
- Able to address customers concerns and suggest respective product.
- Should be good in analytical, pricing details etc
- Responsible for Team Targets
- Aggressively driving PreSales, Lead generation, Forecasting & Customer Service Management
- Competitor Trend Monitoring and Competitor Benchmarking in order to effectively balance competing priorities to full fill all customer expectations i.e., keeping abreast with competitor residential property offerings, pricing, location, quality, etc.
- Educating the client with the market trends, keeping them aware with the rental returns and the price appreciation they may get after investing in our properties.
- Adaptive to work on weekend / rapidly changing circumstances
- Good people management skills
- Strong communication, problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Able to train /mentor /coach/hire/retain and make his team perform
