Duties Prepare communication and documentation templates to use depending on the size and complexity of the project. Assist Project Managers in maintaining the project documentation to ensure CMM Level 3 standards. Coordinate with the senior management to prepare the technical template necessary for the organization to be appraised at CMM Level 5 till Dec. 2018. Write technical blogs in simplified language in the areas of IOT (Internet of things), network automation, Machine learning, cloud and Devops within the company internal Wikipedia. Assist the company in digital marketing endeavors in the areas of content marketing, big data, social media marketing and mobile marketing. Responsible for proof reading of technical articles contributed by managers and Architects in social media sites like Linkedin and internal Wiki in the areas of mobility, enterprise architecture, latest technological trends, Devops and automation Work with Development team in preparing technical videos in mobility especially Microsoft technologies like Xamarin or Android based technologies for both internal training purposes. Collaborate with the pre-sales team in preparing technical presentations and RFPs to be submitted to the client. Preparing the user manuals, tutorials and webinars for Tekskills products & solutions namely Insight mobile App and Network Automation solution. Travel to remote locations for client presentations.
