Job Summary Job Role: Technical Writer Relevant Experience:Min 5 years of technical writing experience for Software products which should included B2B SaaS product/s Technical Strength:Content Authoring Tools Objectives of this role - Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards and target audience needs Gain deep understanding of products and services, and translate complex information into simple, polished, engaging content for customers Evaluate existing content and develop innovative methods for improvement Responsibilities - Create and maintain templates that adhere to organizational standards Research, outline, write, and edit content, working closely with product development department to understand existing and upcoming features Gather information from subject-matter experts and accordingly develop, organize required documents Determine best ways for data compilation and storage of documents Develop content in alternative media forms like video tutorials Update content every time an enhancement is made to existing features Incorporate improvements in existing documents.
