Job Summary Supporting the development of project schedule & interfacing with planning team for monitoring, tracking, updating & recovery planning. Ensuring regular reporting of work schedule slippages to Project Manager, Planning & client (if required). Executing & monitoring the project within the time frame & estimated cost. Schedule adherence for timely site measurements, submission of bills & collection of payments. Regular contribution to updating of BOM & identification of items for variation order. Site documentation and regular progress report to CSM & or client. Set & Monitor in-process work inspection to ensure conformity on time, cost & quality controls w.r.t. Standards, Specifications and Drawings. Establish safety awareness at site, record accidents / incidents & implement corrective/preventive action. Maintain the evidences of Appreciation / Complaints from clients & action thereof. Resource Optimization (work allocation / work distribution) in alignment with the work priority / work plan. Ensure post project services & collection of customer feedback for effective customer complaint resolution and also propose corrective / preventive action for the same. Reuse / Return of unused / excess materials at site. Lending Support to Business Acquisition.

Qualification :
Degree/Dip. in Civil
Experience Required :

10 to 15 Years
