Job Summary Educational Background :
  • MBA/ PGDM in HR
  • Any Graduation
Responsibilities
  • Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper, etc.)
  • Greet and welcome guests
  • Answer questions and address complaints
  • Answer all HR related incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
  • Receive letters, packages, etc. and distribute them
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels, etc.
  • Check, sort and forward emails
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Keep updated records and files
  • Monitor office expenses and costs
  • Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, etc.)
  • Develop objectives for the HR call s day-to-day activities
  • Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology, etc.)
  • Collect and analyze call s statistics (candidate rates, Talents, HR service metrics, etc.)
  • Assume responsibility of HR budgeting and tracking expenses
  • Coordinate with Hire, coach and provide training to personnel to maintain high Tecure service standards
  • Monitor and improve ordering, telephone handling and other procedures
  • Evaluate performance with key metrics (accuracy, call-waiting time, etc.)
  • Prepare reports for different departments or upper management

Qualification :
MBA/ PGDM in HR
Experience Required :
