Job Summary
Educational Background :
Qualification : MBA/ PGDM in HR
- MBA/ PGDM in HR
- Any Graduation
- Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper, etc.)
- Greet and welcome guests
- Answer questions and address complaints
- Answer all HR related incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Receive letters, packages, etc. and distribute them
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels, etc.
- Check, sort and forward emails
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keep updated records and files
- Monitor office expenses and costs
- Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, etc.)
- Develop objectives for the HR call s day-to-day activities
- Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology, etc.)
- Collect and analyze call s statistics (candidate rates, Talents, HR service metrics, etc.)
- Assume responsibility of HR budgeting and tracking expenses
- Coordinate with Hire, coach and provide training to personnel to maintain high Tecure service standards
- Monitor and improve ordering, telephone handling and other procedures
- Evaluate performance with key metrics (accuracy, call-waiting time, etc.)
- Prepare reports for different departments or upper management
Qualification : MBA/ PGDM in HR
