Job Summary
HR Recruiter (Only Females)
Location: NSP, Currently Working from Home
Experience: Freshers and experienced both can apply
Shift Timings: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday - Friday (2nd & 4th Saturdays are working)
Salary: up to 18000

- We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
- HR Recruiter's responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background checks.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
- Screening resumes.
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
- Administering appropriate company assessments.
- Performing reference and background checks.
- Making recommendations to company hiring managers.
Requirements and skills
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Should have own laptop
