Production Engineer/ Sr. Production Engineer Job in Technovision Engineers Pvt. Ltd.

Qualification: DME / B.E. in Production / Industrial

Experience:
1) Production Engineer 3 to 5 years experience in press shop
2) VRC- Sr. Production Engineer - with 6 to 8 years experience in fabrication , assly and testing of conveyors.
3) Hydraulics - Sr. Production Engineer - 6 to 8 years experience in fabrication , assly and testing of Hydraulic Scissor Lift , goods lift , dock leveller.

Purpose: : To manage the resources (machines, human resources and material) within the Press Shop Production, Fabrication and PJS Assemblies to achieve production goals and objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• To manage all resources to meet the production demand for pressing work, Fabrication and Table Assemblies with other type of Production activity and to maintain accurate stock levels for the department.
• Control the quality & related issues for components and Assemblies.
• Manage and control human resources on the shop floor.
• Follow up with outside supplier for Productivity and Quality and on time delivery.
• Ensure the safety of plant and people.
• Manage machine utilization and efficiencies at acceptable levels
• Documentation control accurate recording of manufactured components, compilation of reports, utilization reports
• Awareness of Drawing and Press Tool Maintenance and 5S Activity.
• Production and material Planning on Daily, Weekly and Monthly with Dispatch Person.
• Co-ordination with Sale, Purchase and Dispatch Person on daily Basis.
• Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.
• ISO 9001-2015 standards & procedures
• Knowledge in ERP System.
