? 3+ years of experience leading teams of multiple sizes for end to end Salesforce.com implementations, integrations, and enhancement projects
? Experience in designing, customizing, developing complex end-to-end solutions along with leading enhancement and support Saleforce.com CRM Applications.
? Should have a minimum of 6+ Years of relevant SFDC experience with Salesforce Platform ? Apex, Visual Force Pages, Lightning Framework, Sales cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud .
? Salesforce Certified System Architect or Application Architect is preferred.
? Thorough understanding of the capabilities and limitations of the SFDC CRM application.
? Salesforce architectural experience to design and guide digital transformation of a company's enterprise architecture.
? Experienced in estimating the level of effort needed for Salesforce projects.
