Job Summary
  • Analysing the purchase requisitions and ensuring timely availability of required items
  • Preparing Comparative Statements and analysing quotations
  • Maintaining response time to Sales team
  • Cost improvisation post order receiving from the customer
  • Preparation of Purchase order while taking due care of Taxes, Rates & Terms and conditions
  • Corresponding with vendors and follow up with them for delivery
  • Ability to negotiate and sustain OEM relationships
  • Extended credit from Vendors
  • Margin for deals
  • Discover and partner with trustworthy vendors and suppliers
  • Meeting the proper business requirements (documentation) following the parameters of audit and compliances
  • Skills required

  • Good in communication skills
  • Preferably should have experience of purchase items for IT/ITES
  • Should have worked with System Integration Companies
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Comfortable working in dynamic work environment

  • Salary : 5,00,000 8,00,000 and above
    Qualification :
    Any Graduate/Masters
    Experience Required :

    Minimum 5 Years
