We have urgent requirement for BPO Voice and Non-Voice Process. We require candidates with good communication in English with Regional languages (Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi).
Qualification : Any graduate UG / PG can apply
Experience : 0 -2 years
Age criteria : Below 30

Responsibilities and Duties
VOICE PROCESS:
- Candidate should be able to hold the conversation with the customers.
- Should be creative thinker and customer query handling skill
NON-VOICE PROCESS:
- Response to emails sent by clients
- E-Mail to be raised for cases which needs inputs and support from back-end teams
- Updating and Close looping of issues with respective customer representatives via emails
Minimum qualification requirement
Preferred - Good command over English / Hindi / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam
