Job Description KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITES:
Work on New implementation, Upgrade and Managed Services projects ofOracleCloud SCM / VCP modules for global clients.
Requirement Gathering, Translating Business Requirements into FunctionalScripts
(Design Documents/ Setup Documents)
Developing Functional Test Scripts, Testing Business Scenarios on Application(Including Setups)
Propose Application based solutions to business pain points and processImprovement
Support end-user application queries, daily plan runs/collections etc.
Ensure on-time application delivery
Lead internal and external client facing projects as needed
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to team members as well as end-users
Help Sales/Pre-Sales in developing POCs for prospect clients
Assist in developing training materials on Oracle Cloud SCM modules andconductinternal as well as client trainings as needed
Support PM & PMO resources in efficient scoping of deliverables
Support other associates/colleagues in their learning and mentoring
Assume key role in architectural design decisions and resource skillsrequirements
Communicate effectively internally and externally
Produce high quality deliverables that represents the AVATA brand
Represent AVATA in an honorable, professional manner
Learn other applications as required.
Skills :
Good understanding of Oracle Cloud SCM modules like
o Planning Central (PC)
o Supply Planning (SP)
o Demand Management (DM)
o Global Order Promising (GOP)
Having done minimum 1 Oracle Cloud Planning implementation projects(preferablyon SP and S& OP).
Strong experience in Oracle (VCP) Supply Planning modules like ASCP, IO, GOPetc.
Having done 1-2 implementations of Oracle Supply Planning modules (ASCP,RP,GOP etc.)
Good background on EBS / MFG modules and processes
Experience in leading Oracle Cloud implementation projects
Hands-on with FDBI / ADFdi data load process ability to help technical team inresolving data errors
Strong understanding of Cloud paradigms and models such as IaaS, PaaS andSaaS.
Support offshore development work for implementation projects
Good SQL, PL/SQL knowledge
Knowledge and hands-on experience on OTBI / BI Publisher
Strong client interfacing skills
Strong communication skills
Must have experience working on large projects in multi-team environment
Knowledge about working SR (service requests), Tickets etc.
