Key Responsibilities :-
- Driving the business by engaging with various stake holders across industry
- Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients
- Formulate business plans for all current and opportunity tender business
- Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business
- Meeting up regularly with clients to understand their requirements and drive the business
- Presently providing end to end HR services, looking into the operational aspects of every account, cross selling, adding up of more business, client servicing
- Regular monitoring of reports, accessing and forecasting the revenue to be generated
Competencies and Skills : -
- Good communication skills with ability to multitask
- Confident and aggressive Sales and Business Development professionals
- Should have handled corporate sales
- Go getter with ability to work under pressure
