Job Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • A liaison officer in a fast-paced environment, where his primary responsibilities will be as follows:
  • Studying and interpretation of statutory documents related to land & new Real Estate Project proposals, for understanding issues related to title, ownership, zone, boundaries, access, sale & purchase documentation, demarcation, reservation and such other documents that will envisage purchase of potential land packages.
  • Understanding interpreting bye-laws of sanctioning authorities of real estate projects and due diligence towards completion etc.
  • Shall be adept at independently liaisoning with PMC, PMRDA, PCMC & other relevant sanction authorities for new real estate projects.
  • Shall be computer literate
  • Applicants shall be adept with reading & writing statutory documents in Marathi & English.
  • Other admin duties in HO and support to the sales , legal closures etc. Incumbents shall be a graduate / LLB (LLB shall be an added advantage), and atleast 5- 10 years field experience in the primary areas of responsibilities detailed above.
