Job Summary
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work closely with product managers to understand product vision, product priorities & roadmap, and help in estimating scope
- Responsible for the overall development life cycle of the solution and manage complex projects with significant bottom line impact
- Work closely with senior engineers to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development
- Develop and manage project plans to successfully deliver results.
- Run scrum meetings, track milestones and drive releases to on-time delivery.
- Instill best practices for software development and documentation, assure designs meet requirements, and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules.
- Project management - prioritization , planning of projects and features, Stakeholder management and tracking of external commitments
- Identify bottlenecks, risks and coordinate discussions with cross-functional teams to review project deliverables
- Maintain project dashboards, status of completion goals, backlog items and tracking project metrics
Requirements
- 6+ years of Program management experience
- Deep hands-on technical expertise
- Experience in managing programs which uses big data or NoSQL systems including Elasticsearch,Mongodb,TimeScale DB,Cassandra,Druid,Apache Spark,Kafka,Postgres
- Big-data technologies and ML algorithms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong business and technical vision
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A deep understanding of software development in a team, and a track record of shipping software on time

- Must be a self-starter, motivated individual who works well under pressure.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and coordinate tasks to meet multiple deadlines.
- Ability to drive collaboration with executives, business and technical teams to achieve effective solutions.

- Effective communication skills with all levels of management.
- Conflict resolution and negotiations skills to resolve disagreements quickly and effectively, bringing a problem-solving attitude to conflicting approaches and priorities involving others.
