Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work closely with product managers to understand product vision, product priorities & roadmap, and help in estimating scope
  • Responsible for the overall development life cycle of the solution and manage complex projects with significant bottom line impact
  • Work closely with senior engineers to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development
  • Develop and manage project plans to successfully deliver results.
  • Run scrum meetings, track milestones and drive releases to on-time delivery.
  • Instill best practices for software development and documentation, assure designs meet requirements, and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules.
  • Project management - prioritization , planning of projects and features, Stakeholder management and tracking of external commitments
  • Identify bottlenecks, risks and coordinate discussions with cross-functional teams to review project deliverables
  • Maintain project dashboards, status of completion goals, backlog items and tracking project metrics

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Program management experience
  • Deep hands-on technical expertise
  • Experience in managing programs which uses big data or NoSQL systems including Elasticsearch,Mongodb,TimeScale DB,Cassandra,Druid,Apache Spark,Kafka,Postgres
  • Big-data technologies and ML algorithms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong business and technical vision
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A deep understanding of software development in a team, and a track record of shipping software on time
