Job Summary

Role Overview Product Specialists will be central dedicated product POC on the accounts acquired by our Full Stack team, Channel Partner team and Inside Sales team. Their main KRA would be to drive on-time setups, on-time activations, getting customers to meaningful usage as well as be product problem solvers to guide customers through their product journey. This will ensure that the customer has a dedicated person in the Head Office who is understanding their requirements and solving them, by working closely with our product team. Product Specialists will be a part of the Customer Success team within the Product Function of Teachmint. Key Responsibilities: - Manage your portfolio of customers - Improve usage of customers by understanding their current mode of operating and their requirements - Be the product specialist to guide customers in case of queries - Become the voice of customer at the Head Office and closely work with product to provide timely resolution to bugs and feature requests - Setup the customers end-to-end on Teachmint platform to drive maximum modules usage
