Job Summary

Job Role: As a ServiceNow product specialist/Business analyst consultant, you will be pivotal in redesigning the digital interface for our customer s clients. Core Deliverables: Work closely with the broader Finance and procurement operational teams, solution partners, and Business users for business requirement definition. Evaluate technology needs and draft User Stories. Craft test scripts. Lead and synchronize User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Present the underlying business value, risks, and objectives behind new products/features to stakeholders. Aid in the growth and maintenance of product roadmaps and feature descriptions, pushing for the continuous enhancement of ServiceNow system characteristics in line with a consistent release strategy. Team up with diverse departments such as ITSM ServiceNow, networking, database, IT operations, and business operations to settle intricate challenges that involve multiple systems or processes. Key Responsibilities: Be the principal contact point for INGKA Business Stakeholders for requirements. Ensure all deliverables are properly documented and communicated for a smooth handover to BAU teams. Key Competencies: Proven experience in multiple ServiceNow projects or product-centric teams. Proficiency in ServiceNow business analysis. Adeptness in ServiceNow CSM application. Comprehensive understanding of best practices in ServiceNow implementation. Familiarity with ServiceNow testing and training. At least one professional ServiceNow certification. Agile delivery experience. Knowledge of varied systems implementation methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). Robust skills in leading projects: from requirement gathering, analysis, translating requirements for developers, and testing, to project management. Ability to convey intricate technical concepts using simple language and visuals. Fluent in English. Certification in ServiceNow CSM. Experience with ServiceNow ITSM. Professional certification in business analysis. Knowledge or experience with SAP Solution Manager. Acquaintance with Finance and procurement processes. Prior experience in end-to-end ServiceNow implementations for Finance and procurement. Top 3 Priorities for this Role: Proven experience in multiple ServiceNow projects or product-centric teams. Proficiency in ServiceNow business analysis. Adeptness in ServiceNow CSM application.
