Job Summary
The Lead Associate Facility and Event Management is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of guest houses, hostels, and facilities within the organization. This role involves managing large-scale events, ensuring efficient facility management, and providing excellent guest services. Key Responsibilities Event Management Plan, organize, and execute large-scale events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences. Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation. Develop and implement event budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective management. Facility Management Oversee the management of canteens, transportation, and housekeeping services. Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and upkeep of guest houses and hostels. Prepare and manage facility budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize resource allocation. Guest Services Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Manage guest house and hostel operations, including bookings, reservations, and check-ins/check-outs. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Travel Management Manage travel arrangements, including ticketing, visa processing, foreign exchange, and insurance. Ensure compliance with travel policies and procedures. Negotiate favorable rates with travel vendors. Administrative Tasks Maintain leave records and attendance for staff. Oversee vehicle maintenance and ensure proper upkeep. Procure gifts and manage vendor relationships. Required Qualifications 6-12 years of experience in facility management, event management, or hospitality. Strong understanding of guest house and hostel operations. Excellent organizational and planning skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., property management systems, event planning tools). Desired Skills Experience in managing large-scale events. Knowledge of budgeting and financial management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
