Job Summary
Job Description: We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and customizing ServiceNow modules and automating complex business processes. You will also be involved in integrations, ITOM configuration, cloud discovery, and managing performance analytics. Your expertise in ITIL processes, especially in Incident, Problem, and Change Management, will be crucial in ensuring that our services are optimally managed. Key Responsibilities: Module Development: Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery, and Governance Risk Compliance based on business requirements. Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI actions, and Client Scripts to automate business processes. Experience in Catalog Development and creating Flow Designer workflows. Integration: Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers. Expertise in Integration Hub and using Scripted REST APIs for advanced integrations. Incident & Problem Management: Expertise in Incident Management, focusing on Incident Resolution, Escalation Processes, and SLA Management. Knowledge in Problem Management, including Root Cause Analysis, Problem Resolution, and Workarounds. Change Management: Expertise in Change Management, including Risk Assessment, Impact Analysis, Change Planning, and Change Scheduling. ServiceNow ITOM (IT Operations Management): Discovery Configuration: Managing and maintaining the CMDB (Configuration Management Database). Expertise in Service Mapping to understand relationships between applications, servers, and infrastructure components. Experience with Cloud Discovery for platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Use Event Management for real-time monitoring integration with monitoring tools. Automate routine tasks with Orchestration workflows. Performance Analytics: Expertise in Performance Analytics such as KPIs, Indicator Creation, Scorecards, and Widgets. HR Service Delivery: Experience with Onboarding Process Implementation, Workflow Automation, and User Training and Support after onboarding. Desired Skills and Qualifications: Core Skills: ServiceNow expertise, with hands-on experience in ServiceNow Scripting Language and JavaScript. In-depth experience with REST and SOAP APIs, as well as MID Server Integration. Strong understanding of ITIL processes such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Management. Experience: 6-12 years of experience in ServiceNow Development. Experience in ServiceNow ITOM Configuration, Discovery, and Service Mapping. Familiarity with Cloud-based discovery tools (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Certifications: Relevant certifications in ServiceNow or ITIL will be a plus. Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent.
